The history of science 

1. Ancient Science (Pre-500 CE)

Mesopotamia and Egypt: 

Early civilizations like the Sumerians, Babylonians, and Egyptians developed basic principles in mathematics, astronomy, and medicine. They created early forms of calendars and writing systems, such as cuneiform and hieroglyphs, which were crucial for recording scientific knowledge.

2. Medieval and Islamic Golden Age (500–1500 CE)
